Izda 1ºD, 28033 Madrid and CIF: B16389108, is the owner.

Through its website www.berbier.es , Berbier provides information about its products and offers the possibility of purchasing them. Users who access these parts of the Website agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in these General Conditions, to the extent that they may be applicable to them.

Access and/or use of this Berbier portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The aforementioned Conditions will be applicable independently of the General Conditions of Contract that may be mandatory.

The information given about each product, as well as the photographs or videos relating to them and the trade names, brands or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the Berbier website, are displayed on www.berbier.es for guidance purposes only.

Prices

All product prices shown on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. Depending on where the order is placed, they will not include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the User.

Availability

Berbier informs the User that the number of available units is kept up to date with the stock in the warehouse and the availability from our suppliers. In no case will Berbier intentionally put more units on sale than it has available or that the supplier has reserved for it.

Berbier will do its best to satisfy all its Users' demand for products. However, occasionally, and due to causes that are difficult for Berbier to control, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is possible that the quantity finally delivered by the supplier differs from the order placed by Berbier to satisfy the Users' orders.

In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the User will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not give the right to cancel the entire order. If, as a result of this cancellation, the User wishes to return the delivered product, he/she must follow the provisions of the Returns section.

Pay

The User agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. The initial price shown on the website for each of the products offered will be added to the rates corresponding to the relevant shipping costs. In any case, these rates will be communicated to the User in advance before formalizing the purchase.

The User must pay the amount corresponding to his/her order by credit card, debit card or Cryptocurrency (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards). The User must notify Berbier of any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email, as soon as possible so that Berbier can take the appropriate action.

Security

Berbier relies on the security measures provided by Shopify Payments. In addition, the payment process operates on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the User's computer and the Website's computer. In this way, by using the SSL protocol, the following is guaranteed:

• That the User is communicating his/her data to the Berbier server center and not to any other that attempts to impersonate it.
• That data is transmitted encrypted between the User and the Berbier server center, preventing possible reading or manipulation by third parties.

Order Formalization

Once the order has been placed, that is, with the acceptance of the Terms of Use and confirmation of the purchase process, Berbier will always send an email to the User confirming the details of the purchase made.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

Berbier holds all rights over the content, design and source code of this website and, in particular, but not limited to, texts, logos, designs, brands, trade names and data included on the website.

Berbier will do everything possible to satisfy all its Users in the demand for products. However, sometimes, and due to causes difficult to control by Berbier, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is possible that the quantity finally served by the supplier differs from the order placed by Berbier to meet the Users' orders.

In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the User will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the User to cancel the entire order. If, as a result of this cancellation, the User wishes to return the delivered product, they must follow the stipulations in the Returns section.

Payment The User agrees to pay at the time of ordering. To the initial price that appears on the website for each of the offered products, the corresponding shipping rates will be added. In any case, these rates will be communicated to the User beforehand before formalizing the purchase itself.
