Returns and Exchanges At Berbier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to request an exchange or return.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns Purchase Receipt: It is essential to present the original purchase receipt. Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, unused, without stains, odors or any other condition that prevents it from being sold as new, and must have the original labels. Refund: The refund will be made in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns Procedure Items purchased from Berbier must be returned at the customer's expense. Please ensure that the products are in perfect condition and unused, free of damage, stains, odors or any condition that prevents them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, in order to receive a refund.

Steps to Return an Order Secure Packaging: Items that the customer wishes to return must be sent in a secure package. Return Management: Manage your return through the following link: DHL. Refund: The refund will be made to the payment method used to make the purchase within a maximum period of 7 working days from when the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note that we cannot refund the cost of the original shipment outside of Europe, except for orders that are defective or incorrectly shipped by us.

Additional Conditions for Sale Items: For any item purchased on sale, the total refund will be the same as the purchase price, taking into account that the shipping cost will be subtracted, which will depend on each geographic location. Items Not Purchased on Our Website: We will not accept returns of Berbier items that have not been purchased through www.berbier.es .

Warranty All our watches are guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in the watch components (movement, case and crystal) and workmanship under normal conditions of use. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, accident, tampering by unauthorized personnel, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear of the battery, strap or clasp, or loss or theft of the product.

To make use of the warranty, the customer must send us the serial number of the watch and their BERBIER ID. Please contact our customer service via berbierinfo@gmail.com, providing the order number, a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, photographs of the defective product.
