Product Warranty
Warranty Duration Berbier Partners SL guarantees all watches purchased through www.berbier.es for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect.
Warranty Coverage This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in watch components (movement, case and crystal) and workmanship under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover other components such as the strap, finish, battery deterioration or any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, tampering, unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
Warranty Exclusions The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence or accident (impacts, crushing, falls, etc.).
- Damage caused by unauthorized personnel repairing the watch.
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, finish wear, etc.
- Loss or theft of the product.
- Normal wear and tear of the battery, strap or clasp.
Warranty Claim Procedure To make use of the warranty, the customer must contact our customer service via email berbierinfo@gmail.com, providing the order number, a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, photographs of the defective product.
Upon receipt of the warranty request, Berbier Partners SL will evaluate the product and, should the defect be determined to be covered by the warranty, will repair or replace the watch at no cost to the customer. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will inform the customer and provide a quote for the repair or replacement, should the customer decide to proceed.

Limitations of Liability Berbier Partners SL's liability is limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of the defective product under the conditions specified in this warranty. Berbier Partners SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
